An Invitation to Walk the Spiral
Alchemy Through the Medicine Wheel was created as a space to walk an ancient path slowly - embodied, relational, and without dogma.
This work is not about adopting new spiritual identities or collecting teachings. It is about listening more deeply: to the body, to the land where you live, to your lineage, and to the quiet intelligence that has always been present within you.
Alchemy Through the Medicine Wheel offers a container of practices, teachings, and rituals to support that remembering, so you do not have to walk it alone. There is no urgency in this work. The Medicine Wheel moves at the speed of truth.
The Medicine Wheel as Living Relationship
My own journey with the Medicine Wheel has been one of opening and reclaiming a living line of communication with the Great Mother, Gaia-Sophia - the creatrix and birther of all life, our Planetary Animal Mother.
I experience this work not as an intellectual or academic exploration of spiritual ideas, but as an ongoing act of relationship: a living conversation with the Earth as a conscious, feeling, thinking being.
Through working with the Medicine Wheel, we reweave our connection with Gaia-Sophia and, in doing so, reignite Her presence within us. From this restored relationship, we are once again able to dream the world into being with our Mother, to reawaken what many traditions call the Beauty Way.
This is an act of self-reclamation, sacred remembrance, and Divine Integration.
A Cosmology, Not a Concept
The Medicine Wheel offers a way to access and explore our life journey through relationship with the archetypal forces of the Planetary Animal Mother, embodied through the Seven Directions.
These archetypes are not symbolic abstractions. They are organising principles, forces that shape how life unfolds. Working with them allows us to reflect, reclaim, and embody their medicine within our own lives.
The circular, spiralling form of the Wheel reflects the continuous interaction of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms. It reveals life as interconnected rather than linear, a living web rather than a hierarchy.
Through the guiding principles of the Medicine Wheel, we receive a map that helps us make sense of both where we are going and where we have been, illuminating the labyrinths we have already walked and supporting us to move forward in a more consciously connected way.
Why This Approach Matters
The Medicine Wheel is often presented as a symbolic framework rooted in a specific culture or lineage, a circle divided into directions, elements, and archetypes, and though this is useful, it may imply that only certain people have access to its medicine.
In Alchemy Through the Medicine Wheel, I approach the Wheel differently.
This journey is offered as a way of guiding women back into relationship with the medicine held within the Wheel and through that, into a deeper animistic awareness and reconnection with the Sacred Feminine, the Great Mother, and our collective responsibility to heal and reawaken the Beauty Way.
This work is not about appropriation or abstraction. It is about remembrance, about reclaiming an ancient, Sacred Feminine circular methodology that has existed, in some form, across cultures and throughout human history.
The Wheel as a Living Mirror
Within this work, the Medicine Wheel is not something to memorise or analyse. The wheel becomes a relational field in which inner and outer realities can be seen, felt, and engaged with simultaneously. The way we work with each direction reflects the state of our inner world, and as the relationship with the wheel evolves, so too does our internal landscape and external experience.
In this way, the Wheel functions as a living mirror. Patterns, imbalances, and possibilities become visible not through analysis, but through deeper awareness and direct experience.
This is why the work is experiential rather than theoretical. Change emerges not from understanding the map, but from entering into relationship with it.
Remembering Rather Than Learning
A central theme of this journey is that sacred ways of working with life are not foreign to us; they do not need to be learned, but through connection, practice and ritual, they are remembered.
The Medicine Wheel is not introduced as an external system to adopt, but as something that already lives within the body and psyche. In our bones and wombs reside the memories of ancient practices and ways of knowing.
This understanding shifts the role of our journey together through the Medicine Wheel itself, rather than positioning me or the material as an authority transmitting knowledge; the work creates a safe, held space where participants can listen more deeply to the body, to the land, and to their own inner guidance.
The Medicine Wheel becomes a container for that listening.
Why Work With the Wheel in This Way?
What makes Alchemy Through the Medicine Wheel distinct is not that it introduces the Wheel, but how it invites women to engage with it.
This is a seven-month, slow, embodied initiation. Each direction is explored over the course of a month, allowing time for integration through embodiment, ritual, reflection, and lived experience.
The journey is supported by fourteen online group gatherings and private sessions, creating a shared field of learning, witnessing, and remembrance. In walking together, we remember something essential: We need each other, we learn from each other, and together we are rebirthing The Beauty Way and remembering our power.
You are not asked to follow rigid rules or replicate someone else’s rituals. Instead, you are guided to:
Learn how the directions live and express within you and your life
Recognise your own patterns through the Wheel
Develop discernment rather than dependence
Work in relationship with the land where you live
Allow insight to become embodied, not just understood
Over time, the Medicine Wheel becomes a personal compass, something you can return to again and again as life shifts, as cycles change, and as new layers of understanding emerge.
Entering the Spiral
If you have ever felt drawn to nature when life becomes overwhelming…If your body recognises wisdom before your mind understands it…If you sense that your wounds may be holding medicine rather than something to fix…
You are already walking the Wheel.
Alchemy / Through the Medicine Wheel simply offers a shared and held container of guidance, practices, teachings, and ritual to support that remembering, so you do not have to walk alone.
The Medicine Wheel does not promise certainty, quick healing, or spiritual bypass. What it offers instead is orientation, a grounded, relational way of meeting life.
Alchemy Through the Medicine Wheel is for those who feel called to live in conversation with life itself, not through force or self-improvement, but through presence, relationship, and embodied devotion.
The journey of Alchemy / Through the Medicine Wheel begins on the 20th of March. I am offering this course on a donation basis so that any woman who feels called to join is able to, so this is not a sales pitch for another course; this is an invitation to join your sisters in circle and rebirth the Beauty Way together.
