From Pain Body to Wisdom Body is a journey of questioning and uncovering how we are birthing and dreaming the world into being from our wounded collective feminine pain body and how we can reawaken the Feminine Wisdom Body to re-dream and birth the Beauty Way.
THE COLLECTIVE FEMININE PAIN BODY
At the heart of this work is a deceptively simple idea: the world we are living in is the world women are collectively birthing, and right now, we are birthing from a place of deep wounding.
The collective feminine pain body is the ancestral and energetic wound carried by all women, the wound of being born into a patriarchal social structure that is not conducive to life, or to the needs and health of the feminine. Being born a woman inherently bonds us with the Earth, her cycles, and our animal bodies as part of the natural world. The severance of that bond reverberates through our lived experience, whether we are aware of it or not.

From an energetic perspective, the feminine pain body is a complex web woven into the structure of collective feminine consciousness. This web-like energy structure connects us to one another, our lineages, and our Mother the Earth. And if we look closely, we find it is woven from three core strands, three wounds that, when cleared, become the very pathways through which the Feminine Wisdom Body is accessed.
THE THREE WOUNDS
These three wounds are not separate; they are interwoven across space and time through our collective consciousness. Together, they form the feminine pain body, and together, once cleared, they are the access point to the Feminine Wisdom Body.
01 · THE MOTHER WOUND
The original separation from the Feminine born at birth itself, when we are cleaved from the womb and enter a world that inverts the truth of organic life, placing the masculine as creator and the feminine as secondary. This wound is carried in the Root Centre and Heart Centre, and it can manifest in everything from spiritual disconnection and fear to emotional martyrdom, depression, poor immune health, and an inability to feel worthy of love or space in the world. One of the most important aspects of truly understanding and clearing the mother wound is that it is not caused by our mothers, but it does shape our experience of our mothers, as well as how we ourselves mother, and our relationship with the Great Mother herself. If your mother carries a deep mother wound, this will be expressed in her ability to mother, as it will in you if you carry that wound into your own journey of motherhood. The wounds repeat, the cycle repeats until someone breaks the cycle and turns the wound into medicine.
02 · THE SISTER WOUND
An extension of the original separation, the sister wound manifests as a mistrust of other women and of our own bodies. Patriarchal narratives have for millennia cast women as untrustworthy and dangerous. And so we learned to seek safety in alliance with the masculine, to compete with rather than support each other. This wound lives in the Sacral and Throat centres, and it shows up as comparison, gossip, judgment of other women, body shame, hormonal disorders, fertility issues, and a deep longing for belonging that we are too wounded to claim. Again, this wound doesn't rely on you having sisters; it is expressed in our relationship and capacity to hold and be held, not only by or for other women but by ourselves. When the sister wound is deep, we are not a safe place for ourselves or other women.
03 · THE WITCH WOUND
The wound of persecution. The primal fear of being cast out, of being too visible, too different, too much. We have been taught to fear the witch, not the men who burned her. This is the Stockholm syndrome that runs in our bones: compliance as survival, conformity as safety. The witch wound manifests in suppressed intuition, fear of speaking out, disconnection from feminine healing practices, chronic fatigue, and a deep terror that who we truly are is simply too dangerous to reveal. This wound does not require that you have a relationship or a connection to the concept or expression of the Witch; the wound can be found in every woman, but it runs most deeply in those who recoil at the WITCH, those who have been entirely robbed of their Feminine Wisdom Rites and enslaved to patriarchal systems of abuse and fear.
MAIDEN, MOTHER & CRONE
These wounds and their medicine can also be traced through the three core feminine archetypes. Every woman moves cyclically through these embodied states, and each carries both a sacred gift and a shadow expression.
THE MAIDEN
In her gift: fierce, joyful, unafraid. She fights for what she believes in and guides us into sisterhood.
In her shadow: ego-driven and immature, weaving the sister wound into the collective.
THE MOTHER
In her gift: the creatrix of all experience, teaching us that empathy matures into compassion.
In her shadow: self-sacrifice, martyrdom, and the distortion that we are victims of our own lives.
THE CRONE
In her gift: rare, potent, sovereign. When she speaks, all else goes quiet. She activates our Witch Wisdom.
In her shadow: despair, isolation, and the conviction that nothing can be changed.
As we learn to recognise which archetype is speaking within us and whether it speaks from her gift or her shadow, we become more empowered to clear the feminine pain body.

WHY DO THIS WORK?
Because all life is birthed through the feminine. We dream the world into being. What we are living collectively is what we are collectively birthing, and right now, we are birthing from the wounded feminine pain body made manifest.
We are the wellspring of all life. In our current consensus reality, that well has been poisoned. When the Feminine births from the pain body, she births more pain. But when we begin to clear this well within, we begin to feed that cleared water back into the collective.
The cumulative effect of each woman doing her work ripples outward through her lineage, her daughters, her community. Her ancestors are cleared through her work. Her daughters are freed through it. This is how the Beauty Way is rebirthed: not in one grand gesture, but through the steady, quiet, daily act of each of us pouring clean water back into the collective well.
THE FEMININE WISDOM BODY
To access the Collective Feminine Wisdom Body, we must begin with the understanding that women's lives have a mythology of their own, one that is different from the hero's journey, different from the masculine path of "up and out" into spiritual attainment.
The feminine journey goes down. Into the body. Into the earth. Into the depths of soul. It is not a linear process; it is a labyrinthine path, circular and cyclical, walked repeatedly with each season and each wound cleared.
The wisdom body cannot be taught or rote learned; it can only be remembered. It lives in the marrow of our bones, in the resonant chamber of the pelvic bowl, in the mycelial network of women across the earth who have always known how to sing the sacred songs of regeneration.

FROM WOUND TO WISDOM: THE THREE MEDICINES
Each wound, when cleared, becomes medicine. This is the alchemy at the heart of this work.
MOTHER MEDICINE
The Mother teaches us that nothing happens to us; all experience is birthed through us. Once birthed, those experiences are ours to nurture: we can feed them love, forgiveness, and compassion, or we can feed them fear, victimhood or even hatred. Mother Medicine is the practice of taking compassionate responsibility for our experience, not blame, not martyrdom, but the radical choice to transform what we have been given into something life-giving. To reclaim what may have been taken from us and to remember that we are the creatrices of life and our power is infinite. We have the power to nurture ourselves and this world back into a state of grace.
SISTER SANCTUARY
For millennia, women held each other, raising cultures and children in matrilineal communities as a collective, with unwavering trust in one another. Sister Sanctuary is the reclamation of that. It begins with self-sanctuary: knowing and holding yourself, so that you can truly hold and be held by others. From that ground, real sisterhood becomes possible, co-creative, reciprocal, powerful beyond measure.
WITCH WISDOM
The wisdom of our priestess lines. The memory of our sacred feminine rites and rituals. Our connection to intuition, to nature, to the body as an oracular instrument. When we reawaken to our Witch Wisdom, we stop fearing what we are and we begin to share it with the world. We make potions out of the poison.
AFFIRMATIONS FOR THE JOURNEY
I transform my wounds into wisdom, allowing empathy to mature into true compassion.
I release blame and self-pity, recognising that taking compassionate responsibility for my experience empowers me to break free from cycles of trauma.
I release the fear of being different. I shed the traumas of our collective feminine persecution and rise to reclaim my medicine.
I connect deeply with the Sacred Feminine and the Earth, experiencing the interconnectedness of all life to embody compassion and support for myself and others.
THE RITUALS OF THE JOURNEY
A key to unlocking the doorway back to the Feminine Wisdom Body is through the practice of feminine rites, rituals, and sacred ceremonies brought both formally and organically back into daily life.
MOTHER WOUND — PRAYER BUNDLE OFFERING
A ritual of offering our mother wound to the Earth, asking The Mother to create the sacred compost that transforms wounds into medicine. Worked during the Full to Waning Moon, using biodegradable materials, rose petals, sage, myrrh, and honey. The bundle is planted into the soil as an offering of release.
SISTER WOUND — YONI STEAM & RITUAL BATH
A practice of reconnecting with the body as a sacred vessel using herbs such as rose, nettle, chamomile, marigold, and hibiscus to clear the sister wound energetically and physically. Followed by a salt bath infused with the steam herbs, setting intention to call in Sister Sanctuary, practised between the New and Waxing moon.
WITCH WOUND — FIRE CEREMONY
On the eve of the Full Moon, a burn ritual that uses the transformative power of fire to clear energetic imprints of persecution, both personal and collective. Letters of release are fed to the flames with the intention that only wisdom and medicine walk forward.
MOTHER MEDICINE — BIRTH YOUR EARTH MAMA
Working during the Full Moon, using clay, herbs, flowers, and crystals, we sculpt a small Mother Goddess figure, connecting with the ancient feminine practice of creating effigies dating back to Neolithic times. This creative ritual accesses the Mother Medicine through touch, prayer, and the act of creation itself.
SISTER SANCTUARY — NEW MOON CIRCLE
Gathering with other women at the New Moon to explore the sister wound and call in the medicine of Sister Sanctuary. A structured yet intuitive format: opening sacred space, sharing, intention setting, and a Seeds of Intent ritual adapted to the Moon's current element.
WITCH WISDOM — LAND ALTAR
Working with natural items found in the landscape, such as stones, twigs, flowers, and shells, to create a living altar that tells the story of our inner landscape. A dynamic, meditative practice drawn from shamanic and sacred feminine traditions, used to map and remap our energy in service of transformation.
AN INVITATION: BEGIN WHERE YOU ARE
There is no one right way to walk this path. The journey from pain body to wisdom body is circular, not linear. It is labyrinthine. You will walk it repeatedly, each time pulling back another layer, each time accessing a little more medicine, a little more wisdom, a little more of the woman that was always there beneath the wounds.
The beauty of it is that there is not one right or wrong way to do it. The path back to dreaming and birthing our world from a place of power and grace resides within each of us. Each of you will have as much wisdom and guidance to bring and share because this work is both collective and individual.
All we have to do is get quiet, listen, and remember.
