There are dimensions of our inner lives that cannot be reached through mental or psychological understanding or exploration alone.

They ask us to enter the body, to listen beneath the familiar narratives we carry about ourselves, and to engage with the deeper symbolic and ancestral patterns that continue to shape how we experience the world.

The Seven Portals is a fourteen-week, privately guided journey into the Feminine, working with the seven energy centres as gateways to deeper self-gnosis, pattern recognition, ancestral healing and self-reclamation.
​
Drawing on archetypal wisdom, mythopoetic exploration and embodied ritual, this journey invites you to explore the stories you have inherited, the patterns that continue to shape your life, and the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten, suppressed or left behind.
​
At the heart of the journey are seven private sessions with me, where the deeper work unfolds through individual exploration and guidance.
Teachings and rituals support your inquiry between sessions, with ongoing WhatsApp and email support throughout the fourteen weeks.

Available in person or remotely, this is an invitation to develop a deeper relationship with yourself and the woman you are becoming.
Enter the Seven Portals
​The seven energy centres offer a map through which we can explore the interconnected dimensions of our experience, from our relationship with the body and the material world to our capacity for feeling, relating, expressing, perceiving and knowing ourselves.
​
Each Portal opens a different threshold into this exploration, bringing us into contact with the patterns, beliefs and inherited ways of being that influence how we inhabit ourselves and engage with the world.
​
Through archetypal and mythopoetic exploration, we begin to encounter our personal stories within a larger symbolic and ancestral landscape. Our personal and collective mythos, symbolism and archetypes offer ways of approaching aspects of the psyche that may remain beyond the reach of rational understanding alone, bringing new recognition to familiar struggles and opening possibilities that were previously difficult to imagine.

This is not about fitting yourself into an ideal of womanhood or becoming someone other than who you are. It is about understanding what has shaped you, reclaiming what has been disowned, and developing a more conscious relationship with the life you are here to live and the world you are building through that life.

The Deeper Work Happens in Relationship
The Seven Portals is not a self-study course supplemented by individual sessions.
The private sessions are the heart of the journey, providing the space where the teachings meet your lived experience and the deeper work of exploration
and integration takes place.

Across seven sessions, we work with the patterns, questions and experiences arising, allowing the journey to unfold in relationship with your own history,
circumstances and becoming.
​
Your fourteen-week journey includes:
- Seven private sessions, available in person or remotely.
- Teachings and embodied rituals to support your personal inquiry between sessions.
- Ongoing support via WhatsApp and email throughout the fourteen weeks.
The time between sessions is part of the process, allowing space for reflection and integration as you bring new understanding into your everyday life.
Ancestral Healing and Self-Reclamation
Our personal stories are woven through with familial, ancestral and cultural inheritances.
The ways we relate to our bodies, express our needs, experience our emotions and understand our own worth are shaped
in part, by the worlds into which we were born.

For women, these inheritances may include generational beliefs about femininity, power, sexuality, belonging and the roles we are expected to fulfil.
​
The Seven Portals invites you to explore these patterns with curiosity and discernment, recognising both the wisdom and the wounds that have travelled through your lineages. Through this process, ancestral healing becomes an opportunity to understand what you carry, how it continues to shape your experience, and what you are ready to change.

Self-reclamation is not about becoming a perfected version of yourself; it is about recovering your relationship with the parts of yourself that have been constrained by inherited expectations, old adaptations or the need to belong, and finding ways to live with greater wholeness, sovereignty and connection to your own inner knowing and authenticity.
