The Alchemy Portal is a sanctuary for those called to a path of embodied transformation. Through Sophianic Shamanic Energy Medicine sessions, immersive journeys, retreats, workshops, and transformational programs, I guide women in reclaiming their wholeness, cultivating deeper roots, and awakening the wisdom that emerges when body, soul, and psyche

come into alignment.

The Alchemy Portal exists for women who feel the limits of talk-based healing, surface-level spirituality, and disembodied personal development.

Here, we work with the energy body - our Organic Light Body, the physical body, the land, our intuition, and the subtle realms as one living field.

This work is:

Ways to Walk the Path

- The work begins with relationship. -

For women who are new to my work, this means beginning with a six-session container, giving us the time to establish a foundation and understand what is asking for attention in your life.

From there, we discern the next step together.

You may be drawn towards one of my three core journeys, continue into private Alchemy Mentorship, or, once you have completed the initial container,
apply to attend an in-person immersion or retreat.

There is no need to know the whole path before you begin.

What matters is finding the form of work that meets you where you are and supports what is emerging through you.

My work is rooted in lived experience, long-term practice, and direct relationship with Sophia-Ennoia consciousness, as well as initiations and teachings received from wisdom keepers, shamanic and spiritual lineages, and the land Herself.

I offer no dogma or fixed belief systems.

If I see another “Feminine Embodiment” course being sold that doesn’t address the patriarchal elephant in the room, I’m going to fucking scream.

Because we need to be much more honest about what we are asking women to embody.

There’s a growing language around nervous system regulation, coming home to the body, softness, sensuality & safety. But when we remove the body from the conditions in which women have had to live, we risk turning a collective problem into another individual healing project.

A woman cannot simply regulate her way out of a relationship with power.

She cannot always “come home to her body” without becoming curious about all the ways she has been taught to leave it.

Women have inherited more than individual trauma. We have inherited systems of meaning that have shaped our relationship with our bodies, sexuality, anger, creativity, boundaries & authority.

We have inherited the expectation that we will accommodate & be pleasing. That our anger is a problem, our intuition is irrational, our bodies are something to control, improve or make desirable.

All of this conditioning lives within the collective feminine pain body & it’s why I created From Pain Body to Wisdom Body.

I’m not interested in teaching women to become more comfortable inside systems that were built to harm or disregard them.

I’m interested in recognising the patterns, understanding how they have entered our bodies & lives & dismantling the internal structures that keep reproducing them.

This is not about blaming everything on patriarchy. It is about becoming discerning about what is actually yours.
What belongs to your lineage? What has been conditioned into you? What have you adapted to? & what has your body been trying to tell you?

The pain body is not simply something to heal & move beyond it can become a source of wisdom & power.

From Pain Body to Wisdom Body is about developing a relationship with your own embodied intelligence that is strong enough to tell the truth, even when it asks you to change.

That, to me, is feminine embodiment worth talking about.

The Elephant Mothers first began communicating with me about a year after we moved to their land.

I have not spoken much about my journey with them and the work they guide me into.

Firstly, because of the depth of grief and profound solitude and isolation that holding their field has asked of me. It has truly changed the shape of my being in the most profound ways.

And secondly, because I’m still learning how they want me to carry what they are asking me to hold, and whether they want me to share it.

I do feel called to share one aspect at this time.

One of their key teachings has been that of the songlines, which are tended on land by the Elephants and carried to the ocean, where they are met by the Whales, who continue to nurture and grid the lines through the waters.

Receiving the frequency of these sacred songlines and walking it to the water’s edge in my field has been one of the most profound practices and honours of my existence.

I have profound experiences with both the land and the waters when I do this work with the Elephany Mothers and transmit the field they plant in me. This time I decided to make a video of the way the water was responding to that field. I only caught a little clip as I didn’t want to be distracted by my phone, but I’m glad I felt the call to capture a moment of it.

I won’t profess to understand their songs or the meaning of what they place in my field to transmit.

I simply do as I am asked by the Elephant Mothers who have chosen to communicate with me.

And hope the Whales are receiving their songs.
