Here, we work with the energy body - our Organic Light Body, the physical body, the land, our intuition, and the subtle realms as one living field.

Mesa Readings
A Mesa Reading is a divination practice similar to throwing the bones, which offers a beautiful opportunity to connect deeply with Spirit, your Guides and Ancestors to provide clarity, guidance, and insight.
Working with a Mesa reading is a wonderful way to gain insight into the energies influencing your field, how the past is impacting your present, and what potential the future may hold.
Session Containers
Sessions go beyond quick fixes to meet in deep soul work & connection.
Through Sophianic Shamanic Energy Medicine and embodied practices, we work with personal and ancestral patterns to restore harmony to mind, body, and spirit.

Self-guided and live courses designed as initiatory journeys,
not information-based rote-learning structures, but spaces to rediscover and reclaim your inner oracle and the magick and medicine you carry in your blood and bones.

Retreats & Immersions
In-person and immersive experiences for those ready to deepen their embodiment and relational work.
Retreats offer space to slow down, reconnect with land and body,
and integrate teachings beyond the retreat and learn to weave what you experience into your daily life structures.
These are not experiences to escape from our lives, but rather an answer to deeper connection and embodiment within our lives.
Space, Home & Land Clearing
I hold a deep love and reverence for entering into conversation with the land and for assisting in the clearing and alignment of the energy fields
we live within.
My space-clearing process is two-fold: we begin with a Mesa Reading for the land or space we would like to work with, gathering information and assessing whether the land will allow me to connect with and work with it,
and, secondly, how to best conduct and facilitate that work.
Then we work with the land as guided.

I am Isa Kara
Sophianic Shamanic Energy Medicine practitioner, guide, mother, witch
and devoted student of the Great Mother.
My work is rooted in lived experience, long-term practice, and direct relationship with Sophia-Ennoia consciousness, as well as initiations and teachings received from wisdom keepers, shamanic and spiritual lineages, and the land Herself.
I offer no dogma or fixed belief systems.
I offer pathways of embodied remembrance.
